Sent to me via e-mail: A picture of an American officer, wading the waters and a Filipino General, riding piggy back on a local man in read tank tops. The name of the General is not disclosed.
The caption on the picture said something to the effect that what the Pinoy General is doing in the picture depicted is setting an example on how to fight the war against the Abu Sayaf!
